Today we understand that Religious Life itself is passing through a period of transition. We are called to renew our leadership with faith, courage, wisdom, transparency, and hope. We realize the importance of forming leaders who are spiritually rooted, emotionally mature, mission-oriented, and capable of accompanying people in today's changing world.
We understand that we are living in a time of rapid transition. Society is shaped by growing populism, polarization, post-truths, secularization, and the fast-developing digital technology, especially Artificial Intelligence. These changes offer new opportunities for mission, but they also bring serious challenges to human dignity, truth, relationships, and faith.
We are deeply concerned about the increasing mental health challenges faced by many religious, the rise of individualism, the weakening of family values, and the need to foster healthy intergenerational and intercultural communities. We recognize the unique gifts and expectations of present Generation and commit ourselves to providing meaningful and relevant formation that integrates faith, community life, technology, and mission.
Inspired by the spirit of synodality, we reaffirm our commitment to strengthen communion, collaboration, and mutual respect between Religious Congregations and the diocesan bishops for the effective mission of the Church.
Mindful of the ecological crisis affecting our common home, we renew our commitment to ecological conversion through responsible lifestyles, environmental protection, and sustainable ministry.
As Religious, we recommit ourselves to walk together in inter-congregational collaboration, promoting youth ministry, family apostolate, social justice, care for the poor, the marginalized and the vulnerable. We believe that our common witness, shared resources, and united mission will strengthen the Church and contribute to building a more just, peaceful, and compassionate society.
